Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data ISENDORA INC. ("iSendora") holds about you or about a connected business account.
How to request deletion
You have two ways to request data deletion:
Option 1: Email request
Send an email to admin@isendora.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your iSendora account
- For social media account data: the platform and account handle (e.g., "Instagram @example")
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Option 2: Disconnect through the platform
If your data was collected through a Meta integration (Instagram, Facebook), you can also revoke our access from your Meta account directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Logged in with Facebook (or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites)
- Find iSendora in the list of connected apps
- Click Remove
We will be notified and delete the associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email if your account email is on file.
What we delete
Upon a valid deletion request, we delete:
- Your account profile and credentials
- Messages, comments, and other communications collected through your connected integrations
- Customer profiles and conversation history associated with your account
- Analytics and performance data tied to your account
- Any other personal information directly identifying you or the business account
What may be retained
A limited set of data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Financial transaction records (where applicable, retained as required by tax and accounting laws)
- Security and audit logs (retained for the period required by applicable law)
- Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot identify you
Timing
We complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request. In rare cases (large amounts of data, technical complications), we may need additional time. If so, we will notify you and explain the reason.
